Experience from the engine room to field service
Nauti Diesel’s capability draws on Wärtsilä service-engineer experience, sea-going engineering aboard merchant vessels and extensive hands-on work on Sulzer low-speed and Wärtsilä medium-speed engines. Support is structured around the engine’s actual condition, vessel schedule and return-to-service requirements.

Wärtsilä and Sulzer service scope
- Engine condition assessment and mechanical fault-finding
- Planned maintenance, top-end work and major overhaul support
- Piston, liner, stuffing-box and connecting-rod work
- Main, crankpin and crosshead bearing inspection
- Cylinder-cover, exhaust-valve and valve-gear work
- Fuel-pump inspection, overhaul, timing and adjustment
- Component measurement, reconditioning and machining coordination
- Parts identification, sourcing and obsolete-component support
- Assembly checks, commissioning and service reporting
Engine families and project experience
Project work has included Sulzer RTA96, RTA84, RTA52, RLB66, RND68 and 6S20 engines, together with Wärtsilä 46 and 32 series engines. Completed work includes piston and liner changes, bearing inspections, fuel-pump overhaul and timing, top-end work and major engine repairs onboard vessels in Australia and across the Pacific.
